I think WBR is waiting for GT to go recurrent. I think "peak" in the US is #20, recurrent and Gold status. With Derulo's first two, WBR had the 2nd ready to go as soon as first one peaked. Same with Echosmith (another client). But on the 3rd singles, they wait longer. This will be Adam's 2nd so I hope it is ready to go around middle of Oct when he returns to US. GT had 30 spins added yesterday from the morning to the afternoon update. WBR made sure every spin counted this weekend. It tells me they are hoping for a slow drop to recurrency. The AI dropped today but not near as bad as it had the last week. Bottom line, I think they have a goal of recurrency.
