YES, he is Adam Lambert, the runner-up of American Idol season 8, the only contestant whom got a standing ovation from “Mr Difficult “ Simon Cowel for Mad World, the one that Led Zeplin allowed to cover the hit “Whole lotta love”. He was also invited to join Kiss for the performance on the final show. Now, you can tell how much talent this man is…

Today, we will give you a general look on the whole journey of Adam from the beginning to this time, also the unique music style, and together, we will find out the beauty inside – his attractive and adorable characteristic!Now, before coming back to the past, why don’t we enjoy another song of this talent artist? Part 3 :

Dear my friends, Adam Lambert was born in Born in Indianapolis, Indiana and raised in San Diego, California. He began performing when he was 9 years old, and started to show his musically gifted talent in theatre. At the beginning, he involved in only local and school plays. After high school, Adam decided to go to Los Angeles looking for bigger opportunities in the industry. Regarding to this decision, in VH1 Behind The Music, Adam shared that: “I love musical theatre and that’s what I want to start doing […] If you want something, you have to have the courage to go and grab it”. In LA, while working different jobs for living, Adam participated on numerous plays, and started his acting career in his age of 19. In his first 8-year of career, Adam, although was highly appreciated for his talent, still had to struggle hardly to find the way in not only theatre but also the rock world, only because of his gender. However, within this time, the great experience in the European tour of Hair has unleashed a new part of Adam’s spirit, with the feelings of freedom to express his attitudes and most importantly, his music. Adam, then, has completely changed from a theatre man holding an inferior complex against himself to a confident artist with new sense of soul, who is more than ready to show the world who he is. And with that, the person who spent early years training for the theatre, has decided to change the career path to sing on his own terms: “You know, what I want is to make my music, that’s what I wanna do”

Oh it seems that I has talked much about the pre-Idol period, hasn’t I? Nevertheless, I believe that we have to understand how hard it was in finding the real me of Adam in order to totally comprehend Adam’s music styles in the latter period. Part 4 :

Struggling with a number of barriers for years, Adam’s career has only been turned to a new page when he entered American Idol season 8. Throughout the Idol Journey, “Adam Lambert” has not only became the most searched name on online websites and forums, but also the most hottest topics on different printed newspapers and magazines. Everyone was immediately overwhelmed with the tall, eyeliner and black nails guy, in conjunction with such attractive performances and most significantly, the amazing vocal range that is capable of going from the lowest to the highest note on the guitar.

Every week, Adam’s performances always took the audience to different world with different feelings: mesmerizing with Ring Of Fire, eager with Track Of My Tears, blowing up with Whole Lotto Love, thrilling with Crying, burning with Satisfaction, melting with If I Can’t Have You, daring with Black Or White, getting wild with Born To Be Wild, questionable with One… and melting all the audience’s hearts with the cover of Mad World. This performance has received the first standing ovation ever from the tough judge - Simon Cowell and became the first song that has drove the name “Adam Lambert” to worldwide music lovers. While the American Idol dream did not have the happy ending when Adam achieved the runner-up title, like Simon has said about Adam: “The meaning of doing this show (American Idol) is that we hope to find a worldwide start, I genuinely believe with all my heart is that we have found that one in you.” Yes, American Idol has opened a new door for Adam in his pursuit of music career path: the path of becoming an international phenomenal star!

Part 5 :

After American Idol, Adam started to work on the debut album – For Your Entertainment – which has brought many worldwide hits like “For Your Entertainmnet”, “If I Had You”, “Whataya Want From Me”… In his first album, Adam worked on wide variety of genres that made For Your Entertainment flavorful salad, from Dance to Classic Rock, added some Opera and World Music... All are blended with the essence of Glam Rock throughout the album.

With Whataya Want From Me, Adam almost completely changed. When the lights of stage are turned off, with neither glitter nor eyeliner, Adam appears as an ordinary person just like others. Still facing with challenges and obstacles, still struggling with difficulties in realationships… just like us. Whataya Want From Me has brought the audience a down-to-Earth and vulnerable image of Adam, no more flamboyance, just Adam as a person longing for love. Let’s listen to him singing: “Yeah, it's plain to see. That baby you're beautiful. And there's nothing wrong with you. Part 6:

After the success of his first album, Adam came back to the studio for another master product. This time, having more time than last time, Adam can spend much more efforts to perfect the second album. After being delayed for additional materials, Trespassing was finally released on May 15 2012. It climbed to No.1 on Billboard chart a week later. The album was received strong positive reviews from Rolling Stones and many music websites and pages. Adam put a deep mark of his unique music style and personality into this album, cause he wrote and co-written most of the songs in album. He mentioned the “balance” in Trespassing : “ Seeking the balance in music is the way that I identify myself. We are always in the process of seeking our ego, once we found it, it’s time for us to seek something new. That is the way to complete ourselves, not only in music but also in life!”.

Through the songs, Adam told us bout his feelings, his experiences of his own life, even showed us the hidden deepest parts in his soul. The last song of Trespassing, which closes the album with dignity and quiet reserve is a soft sweet ballad, comes right to the heart of listeners, induces them to think : “ Everywhere we go, we’re looking for the sun. Nowhere to grow old, we always on the run.They say we’ll rot in hell, but I don’t think we will…”. Now, feel with all your heart, and listen to Outlaws of love by Adam Lambert!

“The show must go on” by Queen

You guys just listened to a popular song of the legend Queen. Are you wondering why we played a song of Queen in the program of Adam Lambert? Cause Adam was the one who has the honor to be the frontman of Queen in the tour around Europe last summer. Adam, who hasn’t had the purpose to replace the legend Freddie, just wanted to make the great music revive again in real life. And he has done this perfectly by his unique way without losing the spirit of Queen!Let’s hear what Brian May told about Adam : “ For me, it was amazing to work out front with Adam, because he, like Freddie, is a very spatially connected performer…tr was constantly stimulating for me play with the available space on stage and use it to project to maximum power out to the audience – and back again. Like in the old days, the show felt interactive, and fun. And what an extradinary voice!”.

Part 8 : this is the interview between "theoyeucau" and ALFCVN. The host said they want this to be just a funny chat. And it was happened that way!We haven't known the questions before the show.So we were very nervous, but the conversation was very joyful and relax.

Host : Today we will not only give you the informations of Adam but also the conversation with some hard – cord fans of Adam Lambert Fan Club Viet Nam. Ok, just relax and have some fun… Hey guys, please introduce youself to our listeners!

ALFCVN : Hi, I’m Mien, (and I’m Ngan),we’re the Admins of Adam Lambert Fan Club here in Viet Nam, so much glad to be here and have the chance to talk with you all bout our Idol!

Host : I have received many worthy supports from the ALFCVN to complete this program.To me, they are really the editors of this show today! Thanks so much ALFCVN, again!

ALFCVN : Oh, you shouldn’t have..To us, have the chance to support just a little bit, to promote Adam here in Viet Nam is precious! Many thanks to “theoyeucau” for giving so much love and supports to our Idol!Thank you!

Host : The first question is : “ When is the first time that you have known Adam?”, Ok, Mien, you first!

Mien : Ah from American Idol. Of course! I don’t usually watch the reality shows, I don’t remember clearly bout the reason why I watched the show that night. But I did, and I was impressed strongly by the voice of “that guy” and the way he performed on the stage. I was :” what? Is he a contestant or a guest?”. The way Simon told bout him that night :” You’re great tonight! But Adam is still the best of all” made me wanna know more about him. I did find and read everything bout “that guy” after then. I was totally blown away by him since that day!

Ngan : I have the same start point!I have watched the last seasons, but no one impressed me. I have found so long for someone special,and Adam was that one, took me away right from the start.

Host : I wonder, have you known each other before? Or after loving Adam the same ?

Mien: No, we haven’t known each other before. You see, we are so different! I’m 7 years older than Ngan, I’m Virgo and she’s Sagittarius. Two different characteristics! We live far from each other. No way we can be friends in real life! But we were. I think one of the greatest gifts Adam give to his fans is the connection! The magic, that can unite people from anywhere. We, our friendship is the provement. Thanks to Adam, I have found my best friend for life!

Host : Did Mien establish ALFCVN first, then Ngan joined in, or you both did it together?

ALFCVN : we have known each other first, then after a time has connected with other fans here, we thought that a place which is the home of Adam and the fans here is very necessary! So we have established ALFCVN.

Host : oh, so how many ones have been inspired by ALFCVN and become Adam’s fans do you think?

ALFCVN : oh, we can’t count on numbers! The inspiration is not something you can count! You know, the amount of members in our FC is just a number. I have known so many persons out there in real life, such as my friends, my colleagues, even my teachers.. they love Adam very much, they listen to his music, wanna go to his shows, but never wanna join into a FC!They don’t call themselves “Glambert”, but they really are…

Host : You just mentioned the word “Glambert”, so what is that?

ALFCVN : When Adam was in American idol, he was known as an “attractive rocker” by most of audiences. His style was Glam-rock! He was “Rock God” by Kara, and as Randy said :” If you make a rock album, it will climb right to the top of the chart”. Fans have combined his last name and “Glam” and called themselves “Glamberts” I think! Ah you know, we – Glamberts- are mentioned in urban dictionary .

Host : wow, so how do they define it?

ALFCVN : an Adam Lambert fan, usually bordering or crossing the line of obsession. Derived from Adam’s last name “ Lambert” and made into “Glambert” because Adam is so Glam.



Host : so are there any special memories that you can’t forget with ALFCVN ?

ALFCVN : oh of course, that is when we met Adam !

Host : yay, can you share?

ALFCVN : oh .. we don’t know how to start…you know, it’s so crazy, it’s.. unreal!

Host : a dream?

ALFCVN : yess, it was a dream come true! We always talk to each other that it was a miracle! Yes, “Time for miracles”, like an Adam’s song. You know, there’s a story. When Adam came, we had made many banners and posters . One of our Moderators hold the one which has the sentences :” Finally, the time for miracles has come!” when we was waiting for Adam at the airport. And the photographer
of Kênh14.vn took her shot. Then , she became famous. They wonder how great that time is to us. They can’t understand! it was.. that to us.

Host : Can you tell us bout the moments with him? I saw Mien taken a photo with Adam, so how was that?

Mien : Oh, you won’t want to know, it’s..crazy! I remember at the M&G, when we was waiting for Adam, they told us to shout out loud his name, but I can’t, you know, I was almost crying! And then he came, we are the first ones who had the right to come to him. My mind was suddenly …empty!I was frozen, I can’t do anything.He was the first one who came to and he wrapped his arms around us. He talked so much during the time we took photo : “Cheesse.. breathe..” He smiled to us. After taking the photo, I wanted to hold him so bad, so I turned back and hold him so tight. He was super friendly and kind, hold me and signed that the bodyguard was coming. He also shaked our hands. What we has imagined bout Adam, we has seen it by our real eyes. The honest, friendly, kind Idol that we ever dreamed of.He’s here. That’s our Adam!

Host : Now, If I ask you to introduce Adam to the others, how will you say? What will you say bout this person?

ALFCVN : I think …besides his talent, his music, one of the most attractive things bout Adam is his personality. We can see his beauty outside easily, but he has it in and out. The beauty inside Adam is what makes him unique too. This is the man who has fortitude and honesty. He has a positive mind always, no matter what the situation is. That make his music become an inspiration. It leads you to the “Light”! You can find your way, through the dark, his music makes you feel not to be afraid anymore. Furthermore, to me, Adam and his music not only give you the encouragement, to live your life to the fullest, but also make you wanna come out to the world, love this life, and love..people around you! That way, he and his music makes you a better person.

Host : I have a feeling, when I find the informations bout Adam and listen to his music, is he always wanna find the true person of himself. And we can tell that he did it.

ALFCVN : Yeah, he will never stop! He encourages people to find themselves, the true person they are, and dare to love them, to live their life in the world of “light”.
I remember I read an interview of Adam with LA Times before, he said that what he wants to share with people in the first album is the world of light. He hopes his music can make people feel happy, have a positive feelings, encourage them to love who they are, make people come together, love each other no matter how different we are.

Host : aww, that’s so Great! Now, if you have the right to choose a song of Adam, which song will you choose? Which song caused to you so much emotions?

ALFCVN : Oh Mien and Ngan has chosen “Runnin”.

Host : why this song? Can you tell something bout this choice ?

ALFCVN : first, this is the most favorite song of Glamberts all over the world in Trespassing due to the result of the Poll that Adam Lambert’s page hold. Second, we have witnessed the arguments here that Adam is a rock star, or pop star… Adam can be a rock star, can be a pop star, he can be the star in anything! As Adam said :” Rock is not a gerne, it’s a spirit”. He rocks every songs by his own way!”Runnin” is rocker than rock! You will see..This song showcases his incredible range to the best. At last, the song is bout “runnin”. We can feel the desperation, as if someone is trapped in the darkest night and almost gived up, don’t know what to do anymore except keeping running! But Adam doesn’t, he didn’t, and he never will! A fan asked Adam why he has never sung this song live, and he said :” Cause I don’t feel this anymore..”. That makes us happy and pround everytime hearing “Runnin”, cause Adam is out of the dark, he will definitely shine!He is safe now in the embrace of us. He knew that, and he can feel that more and more everyday from the world outside.

That’s what we feel bout this song. That’s what we wanna say bout Adam, his talent, his style, his beautiful soul…

Yes, I love all of that. I like the kind of artists who can take risk, who don’t wanna be solvent. I’m this kind of person, this is the kind of artist I want”.

The words of Adam that you have just heard are what we will use to conclude the whole thing bout the music style and the person named Adam Lambert. When I was finding the materials to buid this program, I met and talked with many of my friends who love Adam and even his fans here, what they all said was Adam’s greatest affect is the inspiration! Through his songs, by his music, Adam encourages people to find themselves, and gives them the courage and desire to live , to stay true with themselves. That makes our great one and only Adam!
